Sales Engineer

You will be responsible for the following projects:

• Lead the technical aspects of customer projects, tenders, and pre-sales activities, acting as the primary technical advisor;

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC), pilot projects, and customer deployments to ensure successful product adoption;

• Analyze customer requirements, use cases, and deployment environments, providing technical guidance, training, and best practices for product implementation;

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product evaluation and deployment, while preparing technical documentation and implementation reports;

• Gather, analyze, and communicate market insights, customer feedback, and product requirements to Product Management and R&D, driving continuous product improvement;

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Customer Support to deliver technically sound customer solutions and represent the company in technical meetings, workshops, and demonstrations.

Working hours 08:30-17:30, with a hybrid work model allowing up to two days per week to be worked remotely.

The position involves business travel to various countries.

We hope that you:

• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;

• Hold a higher education degree in a technical field;

• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing;

• Are skilled in collecting and analyzing information, as well as managing documentation effectively;

• Demonstrate attentiveness, the ability to learn quickly, and strong attention to detail;

• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary

From 2900 to 3600 €/month gross

Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
