Quality Management System and Processes Group Manager

You will be responsible for the following projects:

• Supporting, managing, and overseeing company processes, and providing recommendations for operational improvement;

• Advising employees on process management issues;

• Analyzing the effectiveness of the company’s internal processes and procedures;

• Analyzing nonconformities and ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;

• Overseeing the company’s key performance indicator (KPI) system;

• Participating in audits conducted by certification bodies and clients;

• Organizing the department’s operations and developing the team.

We hope that you:

• Have leadership experience in quality management systems; experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an advantage;

• Have proven experience in successfully implementing changes to internal processes;

• Have experience conducting internal and/or external audits; an internal auditor certification would be considered an advantage;

• Can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken;

• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to change;

• Apply critical thinking and maintain a high level of accuracy and objectivity;

• Have knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001), preferably;

• Have knowledge of product certification, preferably.

Salary

From 3500 to 4400 €/month gross

Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
